Customer Provides Return Shipping

When initiating a return, please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in the same condition as when it was sent to you.

No Restocking Fee

We believe in transparency and fairness, which is why we do not charge any restocking fees for returns. You will receive a full refund for the returned item, excluding the original shipping charges.

While we strive to accommodate all our customers' needs, please note that personalized custom-made items are considered final sale and cannot be returned. We put great care and attention into creating these unique pieces specifically for you, and as such, they are not eligible for return or exchange.
